Toni Rakke (she/they) identifies as intersex. She found this out later in life and now works to advocate for the mental and physical health and rights of the intersex community. I have served on the TIGGERS boards in the past and hope to again in the near future.

She worked as an registered nurse (RN) for more than 30 years in many types of settings. This has given Toni experience working with a diverse range of people. Like many of us, COVID convinced Toni to look at other career options. Toni went through a Nurse Coach program, becoming a Board Certified Nurse Coach. This experience helped Toni have the realization that she wanted to do more for my clients/patients. Toni look at their clients as a whole people, not just as the diagnosis; mental health and physical health are very much intertwined and working to address all aspects of health brings a more rounded approach to healing. Toni is currently attending Capella University, pursuing a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Craig Martin LICSW supervises Toni.
