Jay DiMartino

Social Work Intern

Jay DiMartino (he/they) is a student intern from Saint Cloud State University in the Social Work Master’s program. He received his BSW from SCSU and returned for his MSW after working in the community, gaining insight, and serving all kinds of folks. Their goal is to be active in community events for mental health and to become a licensed counselor in the local community.

Jay is passionate about advocacy and allyship in their professional and personal lives. He hopes to work closely with folks from the 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities. He plans to become EMDR and ASSECT certified to add to his practice. In his free time, he can be seen with family and friends, playing games, or building a Lego set.

Jay will work with counseling clients in the future. They may be seen around the Seal Dwyer Counseling office, shadowing staff or engaging in a project/event.
