Cole Engstrom-Bolstad (He/They) recently graduated from Saint Cloud State University with a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling with a focus on clinical work. He is also an alumni from Pennsylvania State University’s general psychology program. They are currently working towards becoming a licensed counselor and diversifying their skills as a professional.

Cole’s work focuses on their passion for advocacy and allyship. He works closely with the LGBTQIA2S+ and neurodivergent communities, and hopes to continue doing more with them throughout his career. Cole specializes in working with trans and gender nonconforming individuals and is intentional in creating a safe space for people regardless of gender identity and expression. Cole enjoys taking a client-centered approach in their work, and is currently in training to provide EMDR for clients interested in this as well. Cole also incorporates mindfulness and somatic approaches in order to create a more holistic approach towards growth and healing. In their free time, Cole enjoys reading, music, gardening, acting, and engaging with the local art communities.
