Brianna Pace

Counseling Intern

Brianna Pace (she/her) is a counselor intern in the St. Cloud State University Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate program. She firmly believes that moments of uncertainty are a shared human experience and that therapy is a valuable resource that transcends backgrounds.

Brianna commits to authenticity and cultivating a safe environment for sharing one’s narrative in client interactions. She aims to meet clients at their current stage through a comprehensive, holistic approach and accompany them on the path to healing.

Embracing a systemic perspective on therapy, Brianna emphasizes the importance of integrating individuals, their surroundings, and support systems for sustainable change. Her method, rooted in holism, strength-building, and client-centered principles, fosters a space where individuals can freely articulate their thoughts and drive the journey toward addressing personal needs and aspirations.

Brianna’s areas of passion encompass anxiety, depression, grief, chronic illness, burnout, perfectionism, caregiving, life transitions, family dynamics, LGBTQIA2S+, trauma, and boundary setting. Commencing a therapeutic voyage can feel overwhelming, so congratulations on taking this significant first step!

Brianna spends her time outside the counseling office with her partner and family, with her two office bunnies (Mischief and Mayhem), or exploring her other academic side as a historian.

Seal Dwyer, MS LMFT, supervises Brianna.
