I do EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) because I haven’t found anything that got to the heart of the matter and healed it faster or more powerfully or more profoundly. EMDR touched my life. I don’t believe in doing any therapy with clients that I haven’t already done myself. That’s a rule I have. If you’re my client and I ask you to do something or suggest something, know that I’ve already tried it. I don’t think it’s fair to not walk the walk. So, I’ve done EMDR. And it changed me. It healed me. And I feel profoundly grateful to watch EMDR heal and change my clients every day.
